The Spirit of Generosity

The spirit of generosity at Mariners Christian School is a result of a community that believes deeply in our mission to build a firm foundation through Christ-centered education. Caring parents, grandparents, community sponsors, and friends have invested in this mission since the school’s founding in 1987.

This generosity enables Mariners Christian School to continue improving and excelling in all aspects of private education: adding new extra-curricular programs, keeping pace with changes in technology, providing staff with professional growth opportunities, and improving our state-of-the-art facilities.

How to Give to MCS

We welcome donor support of the outstanding academic and spiritual programs at MCS through special events, direct contributions, planned gifts, and more.

Since its founding in 1987, Mariners Christian School has blessed thousands of students, families, and communities. MCS has enriched minds, touched hearts, connected friends, and changed lives in countless ways.

You can extend that blessing through The Lion Fund, the most important annual giving initiative for Mariners Christian School.

A fabulous evening affair for parents, grandparents, teachers and friends to join together for fellowship, food, and fundraising, with all proceeds benefiting MCS programs and initiatives. Each year we select a key program to focus on during our “Fund-a-Need” portion of the event.

Many of our parents and grandparents have a passion for a particular program such as STEM or the Arts; and/or they have an affiliation with a private or corporate foundation that grants to non-profit schools. We are eager to partner in these opportunities to advance God’s work at MCS!
